CREATE & INVITE

Event hosts create the event, set ticket tiers and pricing, and invite agents by email. Agents accept, pay their listing fee, and upload their portfolio.

TASTE & ORDER

Attendees buy tickets, enter the event with a passcode, browse wines on their phone by supplier table, and place orders during the tasting.

CONNECT & CLOSE

Agents unlock buyer details, confirm orders, and follow up directly. Orders stay open for 48 hours after the event — no missed opportunities.

Payment processing (2.9%) by Stripe, passed through at cost. No monthly fees. No contracts. No fees on events with zero orders. All fees subject to applicable taxes.
